Who is Natalie Goldfein?
My name is Natalie Goldfein and I have been a student of energy for much of my life. I pay attention to how situations feel and to how environments can be improved. I know that we are all affected by the energies around us, but we don’t really understand the depth to which we are influencing that experience.
I’ve been extremely fortunate in my professional career to have had the opportunity to serve a variety of constituencies and types of people. As a trained teacher, I worked in informal classrooms with students from ages 5-18. During my tenure in Chicago with various businesses and non-profit agencies, I served adult groups by designing meaningful and engaging programs to meet the learning goals of the groups. As an independent consultant/facilitator/trainer over the past 9 years, I have had the opportunity to deepen the organizational design work and build powerful experiences for organizations, women’s groups and college students.
At the core of all this work has always been my love of introducing people to new ways of thinking about themselves, the way they do what they do and the possibilities that exist from making changes to the “way it’s always been.”
I guess I’m a bit of a rebel, and come to think of it, always have been.
I like to experience new things, which led me to becoming a Certified Energy Coach 7 years ago. This gave me the opportunity to explore and use many Energy Therapies such as EFT, TAT and BSFF.
Recently I have become a certified Qigong Community Practice leader from the IIQTC. I have fallen in love with this brilliant mind body practice developed thousands of years ago in the hills of China that incorporates gentle movement, massage, meditation and breathing. It is easily done in offices, homes, parks and centers and enhances one’s focus, balance, health and vitality. This practice is used by thousands of Chinese to keep themselves healthy and alive. Who wouldn’t want that?
I am an avid cyclist, and ride along the Chicago lakefront on a regular basis or in Minneapolis on the phenomenal trail system. Technology is one of my passions, and figuring out how to use it to make life more fun and easy is my pleasant challenge. Although I never considered myself a big artistic person, I took up knitting in 2007 and haven’t put the needles down since. I have travelled the middle east, asia and south America, and India is still on the checklist. A spiritual seeker, I spend time learning and experiencing forms of mindfulness. I’m very devoted to my family and loved ones, it provides me with a real sense of what’s important as I watch everyone growing and aging.
I love to see people smile, I think it is one of the easiest way to feel better instantly, so I do it a lot.
If you would like to speak with me personally please give me a call at 773.462.4493.
