What to do when you wake up feeling off, bad, yuchy and not in a good way?

The first thing to ask is "Do I really want to do anything?"  And the reason for that is, maybe you don't, maybe you just want to stay exactly where you are, doing exactly what you've been doing and staying in that vibration for a longer time.  

Sometimes, that's exactly ok.  So long as you recognize what it's doing for you.

Other times though, you don't like the feeling and don't want to stay in it.  Now what?

Here are three quick Inspiring Energy vibration shifters:

1. Notice your face.  You're undoubtedly not smiling.  Smile.  Set a timer to buzz every 10 minutes and smile again.  Notice your face and the difference in how you feel.

2. Put on some dance music.  Dance.  For at least 2 minutes.  You may actually sweat, and for sure you'll be smiling and feeling better when you're done.

3. Identify one nagging project that you have been avoiding - like dusting the mirror or plate that holds your earrings, or quickly cleansing the bathroom sink, or folding the messy pile of  "folded" shirts in your closet.  5 minutes of a cleaning or organizing activity will change your vibration quickly.  (PS, be sure it's a project that doesn't take more than 10 minutes.)

Try it, you'll be doing a good thing for yourself (and the rest of the world).
